The procedure entry point libiconv_set_relocation_prefix could not be located in the dynamic link library iconv.dll.
Odds are, you’ve got 357 distinct versions of iconv.dll. Make sure the most recent one is in your WINDOWS\system32 folder. I renamed all my others and left them in place just in case. No problems so far.
