So far, my fears about Adobe and Macromedia haven’t coalesced into reality. Further, I updated Acrobat to 7.0.8 Professional had a strange feeling. Like the opposite of shame. 7.0.8 actually seemed to work as advertised. Then I started up Word.

Random thoughts from Portland:

Bridgeport Brewing Company’s Blue Heron is great and the Porter is really interesting. Smoky.
Never, ever, ever miss an exit on I-5. I think there are two exits. One at Mexico, and one at Canada.
Title says it all. Man, is Portland green.
Powells is impressive.

Update: Swing and a miss! The problem came back. Stopping and starting lircd stops it, however… odd.
Getting things like this in your syslog? Lots of ‘em? Like 9 a second or so 24/7?
