Glad to see someone else noticed that what they’ve done is really no different than what virus, spamware and malware writers routinely do (and are prosecuted for).
For all the squawking the recording industry does about copyright infringement, it’s interesting that Sony doesn’t seem to care unless it’s their copyright.
